Evolving a tradition
Like many Greek families, ours has been producing tsipouro for generations.
The harvest is our reason to gather with friends and celebrate. It is the time when the village comes alive again, filled with people and joy. We connect with nature, work side by side with a common purpose, and at the end we rejoice in the fruits of our labor.
This is the heritage we want to preserve and evolve, guided by the same philosophy.
